Your Own Plasma, Back Into Your Skin
A small blood draw, spun down and reintroduced, so the growth factors doing the work came from you.

Drawn From You, Prepared Properly
We take a small sample of your blood, spin it in a centrifuge to separate its components, and concentrate the platelet rich fraction. That concentrate is then reintroduced into your skin, either by injection or through the channels created by microneedling.
Platelets carry growth factors. Concentrated and placed into tissue, they recruit repair cells and signal for new collagen, which is why the mechanism is regenerative rather than corrective. Nothing foreign is introduced and there is no allergy risk to a product, because the product is you.
How the sample is drawn, spun and handled changes what you actually get. Spin speed, time and the specific system used all affect platelet concentration, and a poorly prepared sample is an expensive way to inject not very much. This is a clinical process rather than a countertop one, and we treat it as one.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
Certain blood conditions and medications rule this out. We will go through your history before booking anything.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
A Small Blood Draw
Done here, at the start of your appointment. It is the same experience as any routine draw.
Spun and Concentrated
The sample is processed while you wait. This step is where preparation technique decides quality.
Reintroduced Into the Skin
By injection, by microneedling channels, or both, depending on what we are treating and where.
Preparation Decides What You Actually Get
Spin speed and handling change platelet concentration. A poorly prepared sample is an expensive way to inject very little.
Nothing for Weeks, Then Steadily
What Platelets Actually Do
Platelets are best known for clotting, but they also carry a payload of growth factors including PDGF, TGF beta and VEGF. Released into tissue, these signal fibroblasts to proliferate and produce collagen, and prompt new capillary formation, which is the normal repair sequence after injury.
Concentrating platelets above baseline and delivering them into the dermis amplifies that signaling in a specific area. Because the material is autologous, meaning it came from you, there is no risk of allergic reaction to the preparation itself.
Evidence in aesthetic medicine is stronger for some applications than for others, and outcomes vary between people for reasons that are not fully understood. We will tell you what is well supported, what is promising, and where the honest answer is that results are less predictable, rather than presenting all of it with the same confidence.

What People Ask Us First
That name usually refers to plasma applied during microneedling, which is one of the ways we deliver it. The marketing name has done the treatment few favors. The mechanism is sound and worth understanding on its own terms.
It is a standard draw, the same as any blood test. If needles are difficult for you, tell us and we will make it as easy as possible.
A short series is typical, spaced to let collagen build between treatments. We will give you a realistic number after assessing your skin rather than before.
This is one of the areas where plasma is often preferred, because the tissue there is thin and unforgiving of volume. We will assess whether you are a candidate and explain the specific risks in that area.
EZ Gel is made from your plasma too but processed differently, giving it more structure so it behaves differently once placed. We use both and will explain which suits your goal.
