We carry every major neuromodulator: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify and Letybo. They are not interchangeable. They differ in onset, in spread and in how long they last, and part of the consultation is choosing the one that suits your muscle pattern and your schedule rather than the one we happen to stock.
Alongside those we use Sculptra to rebuild collagen gradually, Kybella to address fullness under the chin, and contouring along the neck and jawline. Which of those is right depends entirely on what is actually causing what you are seeing.

How It Actually Works
Neuromodulators work by temporarily interrupting the signal between a nerve and a muscle. The muscle relaxes, the skin over it stops creasing, and the line softens. The effect is temporary by design and wears off over months, which is a safety feature rather than a limitation.
Biostimulators work differently. Rather than filling a space, they prompt your own body to lay down new collagen over a period of months. The change is gradual, which is exactly why it tends to read as natural.
Every product we use is FDA approved for aesthetic use. Risk is low in trained hands and it is not zero, and we will walk you through what can go wrong, how likely it is, and what we would do about it, before you decide anything.

Before You Book
Neuromodulators typically begin softening lines within a few days and reach their full effect around two weeks. Biostimulators like Sculptra work over months rather than days, which is the point of them. We will tell you which timeline applies to your plan.
Not if it is dosed and placed correctly. A frozen look comes from too much product in the wrong muscles. We start conservative and bring you back to assess rather than chasing the result in one sitting.
It varies by product, by dose and by how expressive you are. Neuromodulators generally last a few months. Biostimulator results build and then hold considerably longer. We will give you a realistic range for your specific plan, not a best case.
There is no universal age. Some patients benefit from starting lighter and earlier, treating the line before it sets. Others do not need anything yet, and we will say so.
Tell us. Some treatments can be adjusted or partially reversed, others need time to wear off. Being honest about which is which before you commit is exactly why we start conservative.
