A Regenerative Option for Female Sexual Wellness
Platelet rich plasma from your own blood, used to support tissue health, sensitivity and comfort.

Tissue Health, Treated Medically
The O-Shot uses platelet rich plasma prepared from a small sample of your own blood, introduced into specific areas to deliver growth factors that support tissue repair, local blood supply and nerve health.
Women are routinely told that changes in comfort, sensitivity or urinary control after childbirth or through menopause are simply to be lived with. Often that is not true. Some of it is hormonal, some is structural, some is treatable and some genuinely is not, and knowing which is which is the point of a proper assessment.
So this begins as a medical conversation. If what you are describing is driven by hormonal change, that needs addressing on its own terms. If it points to something that warrants gynecological investigation, we will say so rather than treat around it.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
Nothing here is embarrassing to us. It is a normal medical conversation and we have it often.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
A Real Medical Assessment
History, hormonal status and what specifically has changed. Some of what women are told to live with is treatable and some is not.
Drawn, Spun and Prepared
A small blood draw and centrifugation, done here while you wait.
Treated Comfortably
Topical anesthetic is used. Most women find it far more comfortable than they expected.
You Were Probably Told to Live With It
Some of it genuinely has to be lived with. A good deal of it does not, and nobody has properly checked which.
Gradual, and Judged Honestly
What the Evidence Does and Does Not Show
Platelet rich plasma delivers growth factors including PDGF, VEGF and TGF beta. In tissue these promote new small vessel formation and support repair of the surrounding matrix. Blood supply and tissue integrity both contribute to sensitivity and comfort, which is the rationale for the approach.
The preparation is autologous, meaning it comes from you, so there is no risk of allergic reaction to the material itself.
The evidence base is promising rather than settled, with smaller studies and more variability than established treatments carry. Where a symptom is primarily driven by hormonal change, treating the hormone is usually the more effective route and we will say so rather than treat the tissue and call it done.

What People Ask Us First
Topical anesthetic is used and most women describe it as far more comfortable than anticipated. We explain each step as we go.
Completely. A private room, a physician, and nothing discussed outside that room.
It can help with mild stress incontinence for some women. It is not a substitute for proper assessment of significant symptoms, and we will refer appropriately where that is warranted.
It varies. We will give you a realistic expectation after assessing you rather than selling a package up front.
Often not. If what you are experiencing is largely hormonal, addressing the hormone is usually more effective. The two can also work together.
