Why I Built This Practice
I spent years watching patients get sold treatments nobody had properly evaluated them for, and I wanted to build the opposite of that. At Aevum I get to take the time a decision actually deserves, tell you honestly what will and will not work, and then do the work myself.
That last part matters more than it sounds. When the person assessing you cannot perform the alternative, every answer starts to look like the thing they can do. Being able to offer the surgical answer means I can also tell you when the non surgical one is genuinely better, and mean it.
If a treatment is wrong for you, wrongly timed, or aimed at the wrong problem, you will hear that from me before you hear anything else. A good number of consultations here end with a plan that costs less than the one you walked in expecting.

You are not assessed by a coordinator and then handed a plan. The examination, the decision and the treatment sit with the same person.

Injectables, skin, hair, hormones, regenerative treatment and aesthetic surgery are all on the table, which is what makes an honest recommendation possible.
Sequence Before Treatment
Order changes the result. Weight before contouring, contouring before tightening. That gets planned at the start rather than discovered later.
No Is a Real Answer
Nobody here works on commission. If waiting six months is the better plan, that is what you will be told.

Use the booking page or call the practice. Say you would like to see Dr. Durinka. That is the whole requirement, and no referral is needed.

If you do not know which of the two providers fits what you are asking about, say that instead. We will place you with the right one rather than the next one free.
You Stay With Dr. Durinka
Established patients stay with the provider they started with. If there is ever a clinical reason to move you across, you will be told what it is.
