Accessibility Statement
What we are doing to keep this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when we have got something wrong.
Our Commitment to an Accessible Website
Our Commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Accessibility is not a box we tick once. It is an ongoing part of maintaining the site, and it is treated that way here.
The Standard We Work To
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. Those guidelines are the internationally recognized standard for making web content more accessible, and they are organized around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
What We Have Built In
Measures taken across this site include:
- Text alternatives on meaningful images so screen readers can describe them
- A logical heading structure on every page, so a page can be navigated by headings
- Interactive elements that can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone
- Visible focus styling so keyboard users can see where they are on the page
- Color contrast checked against the guidelines across the site's palette
- Layouts that reflow rather than break when text is enlarged or a small screen is used
- Motion and animation kept subtle, and reduced for visitors whose device requests reduced motion
Known Limitations
Two areas we want to be straightforward about.
First, some functions on this site, including appointment booking and contact forms, are provided by third party services embedded into the page. We do not control the code inside those embeds. We have chosen providers with accessibility in mind and we raise problems with them, and if an embed is preventing you from booking, call or text us and we will book you ourselves.
Second, this is a new website and content is still being added. If a newly published page falls short, we want to hear about it rather than wait to find it ourselves.
Accessibility at the Practice
Our practice is at 4211 N. Buffalo Road, Suite 15, Orchard Park, NY 14127, in the Barrington Building, with parking on site. If you have specific access needs for your visit, tell us when you book and we will make arrangements in advance rather than on the day.
Tell Us About a Problem
If you encounter a barrier on this website, we want to know. Please tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device, browser or assistive technology you were using. That detail makes a fix far faster.
Contact us at Aevum Longevity and Aesthetic Surgery, 4211 N. Buffalo Road, Suite 15, Orchard Park, NY 14127, or call or text 716-392-2608. We will acknowledge your message, tell you what we are doing about it, and give you whatever help you need in the meantime.
If You Need Information Another Way
If anything on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide the information in another format. Call or text 716-392-2608 and tell us what you need. There is no process to go through and no form to fill in.
Assessment and Review
This site has been reviewed against the guidelines using a combination of automated checking and manual testing, including keyboard navigation and contrast checking. We review accessibility as part of maintaining the site rather than as a one time exercise.

If Something Does Not Work, Call Us
Statements like this one are easy to write and hard to mean. The part of it we would ask you to take seriously is the phone number.
If any part of this site is stopping you from finding what you need or booking what you want, do not work around it. Call or text 716-392-2608 and a person will get you what you need directly.
Then tell us what went wrong, and we will fix it for the next person. That second half is how a site actually gets better rather than just claiming to be accessible.
Tell Us When You Book
Website accessibility and physical accessibility are two different problems and both matter. We are at 4211 N. Buffalo Road, Suite 15, in the Barrington Building, with parking on site.
If you have specific access needs for your visit, mobility, hearing, vision, an interpreter, or a longer appointment because rushing makes something harder, tell us when you book rather than on the day.
Given notice we can arrange the room, the schedule and the support properly. Arriving to find nothing was prepared is a bad experience and it is entirely avoidable.
