Supervised, Measured and Actually Followed
A physician led program built around your labs and your history rather than around a product.

Supervision Is the Actual Product
Medical weight loss means a physician assesses you, orders relevant labs, considers your medications and history, agrees a plan with you, and then follows you while you are on it. The follow up is not an add on. It is the part that makes it medical.
That matters because the tools available now are genuinely effective and are not free of consequence. Dosing needs titrating, side effects need managing, muscle mass needs protecting, and nutrition needs to keep up with a reduced appetite. None of that happens on its own.
It also matters because weight is not one condition. Thyroid function, hormones, sleep, medications you are already taking and insulin resistance all influence it. Treating the number without looking for the cause is how people lose weight and then regain it with interest.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
If something underlying is driving this, we would rather find it than work around it.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
Assessment and Labs
History, medications, relevant bloodwork and what has already been tried. This is a proper medical workup rather than a form.
A Plan You Agree To
Built around your situation, with the trade offs explained, including the ones people usually find out about later.
Reviewed Regularly
Dose, side effects, nutrition and muscle mass are checked and adjusted. This is where a supervised program earns its keep.
Losing It Is the Easy Half
Anyone can put you on something. The value is in what gets adjusted along the way and what happens when you come off.
Months, Not Weeks
Why Supervision Changes the Outcome
Appetite and satiety are regulated by hormonal signaling between the gut, the pancreas and the brain. Modern therapies act on those pathways, which is why they work where willpower alone often does not. Understanding the mechanism also explains the side effect profile, which is largely gastrointestinal and largely dose related.
Rapid weight loss without adequate protein intake and resistance training costs lean muscle alongside fat. Losing muscle lowers resting metabolic rate, which makes regain both easier and more likely. Protecting it is one of the most valuable things supervision adds.
Underlying contributors including thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, hormonal changes and certain prescribed medications are common and frequently unrecognised. Identifying them changes the plan, and sometimes identifying them is the treatment. We will tell you honestly what your labs show, including when they show nothing unusual.

What People Ask Us First
Only if it is appropriate for you, and never without assessment, monitoring and a nutrition plan alongside it. Medication without supervision is what we are trying to be an alternative to.
We are not going to quote you a number before we have assessed you, and we would be cautious about anyone who does. We will give you a realistic expectation once we know your situation.
That is exactly why maintenance is planned from the beginning rather than discussed at the end. Regain is common when a program has no exit strategy.
Some loss is expected with any significant weight loss. Protein intake, resistance training and monitoring are how we keep it to a minimum, and it is a standing part of your reviews.
Then we will tell you that plainly and build the plan on what is actually there. We are not going to invent a diagnosis to justify a treatment.
