What It Is

Coordinated Rather Than Collected

The Hercules Makeover is our signature men's program. It brings together body contouring across the arms and abdomen, peptide therapy, testosterone support where it is warranted, and jawline definition, into one plan managed by one physician.

Most men who want several of these end up assembling them from different places: a med spa for the jawline, a telehealth service for hormones, somewhere else for body work, and nobody holding the whole picture or checking how the parts interact. That is not a plan, it is a collection.

Coordinating them changes the order things happen in and how they are timed. Hormones and body composition are addressed before contouring, because operating on a body that is still changing produces a result that will not hold. Sequence is most of the value here.

Who It Is For

A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar

Every component is assessed on its own merits. Nothing is included because it comes in the package.

You want several things addressed and would rather one physician managed them
You have been putting this off because you did not know where to start
Energy, body composition and appearance have all shifted and you suspect they are connected
You want a straight assessment rather than a menu and an upsell
You want the whole thing handled discreetly and efficiently
How It Goes Here

Three Steps, Start to Finish

01

One Assessment, Everything on the Table

Labs, body composition, what bothers you and what you actually want out of it.

02

A Sequenced Plan

What happens first, what comes later, and why that order. Sequence is where most of the value sits.

03

One Physician Throughout

The same person manages the hormones, the peptides and the procedures, and sees how they interact.

Physician Led. Results Driven.

Order Matters More Than Content

Contouring a body that is still changing gives you a result that does not hold. Hormones and composition come first.

What to Expect

Staged Deliberately

Month 1 Baseline and Foundations Labs reviewed, hormone and metabolic components started where indicated. Nothing surgical yet.
Months 2 to 4 Composition Changes Body composition responds. This is when we learn what contouring will actually be needed, and where.
Months 4 to 6 Contouring and Definition Body and jawline work, timed for when your composition has stabilized enough for the result to hold.
Ongoing Maintained Hormones and peptides continue under monitoring. Surgical results are permanent and need no maintenance.
Science and Safety

Why Sequence Beats Simultaneity

Body composition responds to hormonal status. Testosterone influences lean mass and fat distribution, and treating a deficiency changes the shape of the body over months. Contouring before that has settled means operating on a moving target.

Recovery capacity also matters. Procedures heal better in someone whose sleep, nutrition and hormonal status are in reasonable order, which is a practical argument for addressing those first rather than alongside.

Every component here carries its own considerations, and they are set out in full on their individual pages. Testosterone replacement affects fertility and requires ongoing monitoring. Peptides vary widely in how well supported they are. Surgical contouring removes fat and does not tighten skin. Bundling treatments does not soften any of that, and we will go through each part on its own terms.

Questions

What People Ask Us First

No. Every component is assessed on its own merits and you take what is warranted. Nothing is included because it comes in the package.

Several months, because the sequence is the point. We will map the timeline at your first consultation so you know what to expect and when.

No, and if it were we would not bother naming it. The value is one physician coordinating the order and seeing how the parts interact.

Only if your labs and symptoms support it. If your levels are fine, we will tell you and leave it out.

Entirely. One physician, one practice, and nothing discussed outside the room.

One Consultation. Everything on the Table.

Come in once, get a straight assessment of all of it, and leave with an order of operations rather than a quote.
