Excessive Sweating Is a Medical Problem With a Real Treatment
Neuromodulator treatment for hyperhidrosis interrupts the signal to the sweat glands. For most people the difference is not subtle.

Why an Antiperspirant Was Never Going to Work
Hyperhidrosis is sweating well beyond what your body needs for temperature regulation. It is not a hygiene issue and it is not anxiety, although it certainly causes plenty of the latter. It is a signaling problem between your nerves and your sweat glands.
Antiperspirants work by physically plugging the duct at the surface. When the gland is being driven far harder than normal, plugging the exit is fighting the wrong end of the problem, which is why people with genuine hyperhidrosis go through product after product without much relief.
Neuromodulator treatment works at the signal instead. Placed into the skin of the affected area, it blocks the chemical messenger that tells the sweat glands to fire. The glands are unharmed and simply stop being told to work so hard, and the effect wears off in the same way it does anywhere else.
Book If Any of This Is Your Daily Reality
If sweating started suddenly or is confined to one side, that needs medical evaluation first and we will tell you so.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
We Confirm What Is Driving It
Most hyperhidrosis is primary and has no underlying cause. Some is secondary to a condition or a medication, and that changes the plan entirely.
The Area Is Mapped and Treated
A grid of small injections across the affected area. Underarms are straightforward. Palms and soles are more sensitive and we numb accordingly.
Reviewed and Scheduled
We check the response and set a realistic interval based on how long yours actually lasted rather than a default.
This Is Not Vanity and You Do Not Need to Justify It
Hyperhidrosis affects how people work, dress and socialise. Treating it is treating a medical problem.
From Treatment to Dry Shirts
Blocking the Message, Not the Gland
Sweat glands are driven by sympathetic nerve fibers that release acetylcholine. Botulinum toxin type A blocks that release, so the gland stops receiving its instruction. The gland itself is left intact and undamaged, which is why the effect is fully reversible and why it wears off as nerve endings regenerate.
Because the block is local to where the product is placed, only the treated area is affected. Your body's overall ability to regulate temperature is unchanged, and compensatory sweating elsewhere is generally not the problem it is sometimes claimed to be with this approach.
Risks are those of any neuromodulator injection: bruising, tenderness and, when treating the palms, temporary weakness of the small hand muscles because they sit close to the injection plane. That is worth knowing if you play an instrument or your work depends on fine grip strength, and it is a conversation we will have before treating.

What People Ask Us First
Sometimes, for underarm hyperhidrosis, and typically only after documented failure of prescription strength antiperspirants. It depends entirely on your plan. We will tell you what would need documenting for you to make that case.
Commonly several months and it varies by person and by area. Underarms often hold longer than palms. We will give you a realistic interval after we see how you responded the first time.
It can cause temporary mild weakness in the small muscles of the hand, because they sit close to where the product goes. If your work or your hobby depends on fine grip, tell us and we will factor it into the dose.
Meaningful compensatory sweating elsewhere is not a common complaint with this treatment. Your body regulates temperature through a very large surface area and treating the underarms removes only a small part of it.
Underarms are well tolerated. Palms and soles are considerably more sensitive and we numb them properly first. We will tell you honestly which category your area falls into before you book.
