Real Results, Photographed Honestly
We open in Orchard Park shortly, so there is nothing here yet. When there is, every photograph will be our own patient, shot under controlled conditions, published with written permission and never retouched.

We Would Rather Show You Nothing Than Show You Somebody Else's
A remarkable number of aesthetic websites publish before and after photographs that were never taken in that practice. They come from a device manufacturer, from a stock library, or from a marketing package sold with the machine. You have no way of knowing which, and that is rather the point.
We are not going to do that. This page stays empty until we have treated our own patients and they have given us written permission to publish their photographs. When that happens, everything you see here will have happened here.
It is a slower way to build a gallery. It is the only version of a gallery that is worth anything to you when you are deciding whether to trust us with your face.
What Every Photograph on This Page Will Meet
These are the conditions that separate a useful comparison from a flattering one.
Identical Conditions
Same lighting, same camera, same distance, same angle, same background. A photograph taken under different conditions is not a comparison, it is an advertisement.
No Retouching
No smoothing, no filters, no color correction, no editing of any kind. What the camera recorded is what you will see.
Honest Timing
Each photograph will be labeled with how long after treatment it was taken and how many sessions it represents. A result at two weeks and a result at six months are different claims.
Written Permission
Every patient will have given written consent, and any patient can withdraw it and have their photographs removed. That is their right and we will honor it immediately.
Four Things Worth Checking Before You Believe One
Look at the lighting first. If the after photograph is warmer, brighter, or lit from a different direction, a share of the improvement you are seeing is the lighting rather than the treatment.
Then look at the angle and the expression. A face turned slightly differently, a chin lifted, or a relaxed expression against a tense one will change a jawline or a nasolabial fold on its own.
Then look for the timeline and the number of sessions. A result from six sessions presented without that context is a different claim from a result after one. And finally, ask whose patient it is. Any practice should be able to answer that question immediately.

Ask to See Cases Like Yours
Once we are treating patients, the most useful photographs for you are not the ones on a website. They are the ones from patients whose starting point resembles yours, and we will show you those in your consultation.
What People Ask Us First
Once we have opened, treated patients, and received written permission to publish. We are not going to put a date on that, because a date would create pressure to fill this page before it should be filled.
Ask us at your consultation. Once we have cases, we will show you photographs from patients whose starting point resembles yours, which is far more useful to you than a curated page.
No. No smoothing, no filters, no color correction. If a result needs editing to look good, it is not a result worth publishing.
No. Photographs for your own record are useful to your care and we will ask about those separately. Permission to publish is entirely optional, separate, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Some have earned them over years. Some are publishing images supplied by device manufacturers or bought from libraries. You are entitled to ask any practice which of those you are looking at.
Judge Us on the Consultation First.
Come in, tell us what you want to change, and see whether the answer you get sounds like a plan or a sales pitch.
