Signaling Molecules, Used With Some Discipline
A field with real science behind parts of it and a great deal of marketing behind the rest. We will tell you which is which.

A Category, Not a Treatment
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules. Your body already uses hundreds of them. Therapeutically, different peptides do entirely different things, so talking about peptide therapy as though it were one treatment is like talking about medication as though it were one drug.
Some have solid evidence and regulatory approval behind them. Others are supported by early or animal data and are used off label with genuine uncertainty about long term effects. A number are marketed with confidence that the evidence simply does not support.
Our position is to be straight with you about which category any given peptide falls into, to use them where the reasoning holds up, and to say plainly when something is experimental. If you have read about a peptide online, bring it in and we will go through what is actually known about it.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
If the honest answer on something is that we do not know enough yet, that is what you will hear.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
We Start With the Goal
Recovery, sleep, body composition or something else. The goal decides the peptide, not the other way round.
We Go Through the Evidence
What is established, what is emerging, and what is marketing. Including where the answer is that nobody knows yet.
Sourced, Dosed and Reviewed
Pharmacy sourced, dosed properly, cycled where appropriate and reviewed rather than repeated indefinitely.
Some of This Is Well Supported. Some of It Is Not.
You are entitled to know which is which before you spend anything, and we are not going to blur the line.
Depends Entirely on the Peptide
What Is Established and What Is Not
Peptides act by binding receptors and triggering downstream signaling. Because they are highly specific to their targets, they can be precise. Because they are proteins, most are broken down in the gut, which is why the majority are injected rather than swallowed.
Growth hormone secretagogues prompt the pituitary to release your own growth hormone in a pulsatile pattern rather than introducing it from outside. That is a meaningfully different approach from growth hormone administration, and it comes with its own considerations around insulin sensitivity and appropriate use.
The unavoidable caveat is that long term safety data is limited for many peptides used in this space, and compounded products vary in quality. That is why sourcing matters, why we cycle rather than run things indefinitely, and why we would rather tell you that something is uncertain than pretend otherwise.

What People Ask Us First
It depends entirely on which peptide, at what dose, sourced from where. Some have decades of data. Others have very little, and we will tell you which you are considering.
The ones we use are obtained through licensed pharmacies and prescribed appropriately. We do not work with research chemicals or gray market products.
No, and anyone suggesting otherwise is selling. Peptides can support recovery and sleep quality. They do not substitute for the fundamentals.
Most are injected subcutaneously with a very fine needle. We will teach you exactly how, and most people find it far easier than expected.
Bring it in. We would rather look at what you are actually taking and give you an honest opinion than have you continue without oversight.
