Softer Lines Without the Frozen Look
Six neuromodulators on the menu, matched to your muscle pattern rather than to whatever we happen to stock.

One Category, Six Different Products
A neuromodulator temporarily interrupts the signal between a nerve and the muscle it drives. The muscle relaxes, the skin over it stops folding, and the line that folding was carving softens. It is temporary by design, and that is a safety feature rather than a shortcoming.
We carry Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify and Letybo. They are not interchangeable. They differ in how quickly they start working, how far they spread from the injection point, and how long they hold. Part of your consultation is choosing the one that suits your muscle pattern, your schedule and how you have responded to treatment before.
The dose and the placement matter more than the brand. Anatomy is the whole job here, and knowing which muscle is doing what, and how deep to go, is the difference between a result people compliment and one they can spot.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
If none of it does, we will tell you that too rather than treat you anyway.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
You Tell Us What Bothers You
Point at the mirror rather than name a product. What you are seeing and what causes it are often two different things, and sorting that out is our job.
A Physician Maps and Injects
Joel assesses how your muscles actually move, chooses the product and dose, and treats. Most appointments are done inside half an hour.
We Bring You Back to Assess
Two weeks later we look at the result together and adjust if it needs it. We would rather add a little than take a lot back.
We Start Light. You Can Always Add.
Reversing an overtreated face takes months of waiting. Building toward the result you want takes one follow up.
From the Appointment to the Full Effect
What Is Actually Happening in the Muscle
Botulinum toxin type A blocks the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction. Without that signal the treated muscle cannot contract with its usual force. Because the block is at the nerve ending rather than in the skin, the effect is on movement, and lines carved by movement soften as a consequence.
The body rebuilds those nerve endings over time, which is why the effect fades and why it has to be repeated. Nothing is permanently altered, and if you stop treatment your face returns to where it would have been.
Every product we use is FDA approved for aesthetic use. Risk in trained hands is low and it is not zero. Bruising, a heavy brow, or an eyelid that sits lower than its partner are the ones worth knowing about. We will walk you through what can go wrong, how likely it is, and what we would do about it, before you decide anything.

What People Ask Us First
Not if the dose and the placement are right. A frozen look comes from too much product in the wrong muscles, usually because someone treated to a template instead of to a face. We start conservative and bring you back rather than chasing the result in one sitting.
The needle is very fine and the injections are quick. Most people describe it as a series of small pinches. If you are anxious about it, tell us and we will talk you through it as we go.
That depends on how your muscles move, how you have responded before, and how soon you need to see the change. We will explain the tradeoffs and recommend one rather than reading you a list and asking you to pick.
There is no universal age. Some people benefit from starting lighter and earlier, treating the line before it sets into the skin. Others do not need anything yet, and if that is you, we will say so.
Often, yes. Neuromodulators address movement. They do not address volume, texture or laxity, so they frequently sit alongside a biostimulator or a skin treatment in the same plan.
Often Considered Alongside This
Come In and Point at the Mirror.
We will tell you honestly what a neuromodulator will and will not do for what you are seeing.
