Firming What Injectables Cannot Reach
Energy delivered at depth to contract existing collagen and prompt new collagen, for laxity that no amount of product will fix.

Heat, Contraction and Rebuilding
Skin tightening treatments deliver energy to a controlled depth in the skin. Collagen fibers exposed to heat within a specific range contract immediately, which produces some early tightening, and the same heat signals fibroblasts to produce new collagen over the months that follow.
The reason this exists as a category is simple. Laxity is a mechanical problem with the skin envelope itself. Neuromodulators address movement and biostimulators address volume, and neither of them tightens loose skin. Trying to solve laxity with product is how faces end up overfilled and still loose.
It also has limits, and being honest about them matters. Energy based tightening does an excellent job on mild to moderate laxity. It does not replace surgery for significant loose skin, and anyone promising you that outcome is selling rather than assessing.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
If your laxity is beyond what energy can address, we will tell you and discuss the surgical option honestly.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
We Assess How Much Laxity There Is
And say plainly whether energy will get you where you want to go, or whether it will not.
We Treat at a Set Depth
Depth and energy are chosen for the area and your skin. Bony areas and the neck are treated differently from cheeks.
We Review at Three Months
Most of the result arrives slowly. Judging it earlier than three months means judging an incomplete result.
Loose Skin Is Not a Volume Problem
Filling a face that has lost its envelope makes it fuller and still loose. Tightening is a different mechanism for a different problem.
A Little Now, Most of It Later
Why Temperature Is the Whole Variable
Collagen denatures within a specific temperature range. Below it nothing meaningful happens. Within it, the triple helix partially unwinds and the fiber contracts, and surrounding fibroblasts are stimulated into producing new collagen. Above it, tissue is burned and you get scarring rather than tightening.
The entire skill in energy based treatment is holding tissue in that window at the right depth for the right duration. That is why device settings, tissue monitoring and operator judgment matter far more here than the brand name on the machine.
The realistic ceiling is set by physics rather than by effort. Energy tightens the skin envelope by a meaningful percentage. It does not remove tissue. Where there is more loose skin than can be tightened, an excisional procedure is the honest answer, and we would rather tell you that at the consultation than after a series.

What People Ask Us First
No, and be careful with anyone who says it will. It does an excellent job on mild to moderate laxity. Significant loose skin needs to be removed rather than heated.
Most people describe deep heat that builds and then eases. It is tolerable for the great majority, and we adjust as we go and check in with you throughout.
A little early and most of it between three and six months. If you need to look different next week, this is the wrong treatment and we will say so.
The collagen built in response is long lived. Aging does not pause, so the honest framing is that you have moved your baseline and will continue from there.
Yes, and it usually should be. Laxity, volume and movement are three different problems, and a plan that addresses only one of them tends to disappoint.
