Privacy Policy
How this website collects information, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
How We Handle Information From This Website
Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to Aevum Longevity and Aesthetic Surgery and to this website. It describes the information we collect when you browse, submit a form, request a consultation or otherwise interact with the site.
It does not cover the practices of any third party website you reach through a link from here. Once you follow a link away from this site, that site's own policy applies and you should read it.
Information You Give Us
When you submit a form or request an appointment through this website, you provide information yourself. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name
- Your email address and telephone number
- The reason you are contacting us and any treatment you mention
- Any other detail you choose to include in a free text field
Please do not send us detailed medical information through a website form or an ordinary email. Neither is a secure channel. If there is something clinically sensitive we need to know, tell us by telephone or at your appointment.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this one records certain technical information automatically when you visit. That typically includes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit and the site you arrived from.
This information is used to keep the site working properly, to understand which pages people find useful, and to improve the site over time.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored by your browser that allow a site to function correctly and to remember certain preferences.
Most browsers let you refuse cookies, delete cookies already stored, or warn you before one is set. Those controls are in your browser settings. Refusing cookies may mean parts of this website do not work as intended.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and arrange an appointment
- Communicate with you about a consultation or a treatment you have asked about
- Operate, secure, maintain and improve this website
- Understand which pages and services people are interested in
- Meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
We share personal information only where it is necessary and appropriate, and specifically with:
- Service providers who operate parts of this website, our booking system or our practice systems on our behalf, and who are permitted to use the information only to provide that service
- Professional advisers, such as our attorneys and accountants, where necessary
- Any party where we are required to do so by law, by a court order, or by a regulator
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Marketing and How to Stop It
If you ask us to keep you informed, we may send you information about the practice, our services or events. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.
Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate directly to your care or to an appointment you have booked.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long afterwards as our legal, regulatory and professional obligations require. Patient records are retained under the rules that apply to medical records in New York State, which are not the same as the rules for a website inquiry.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No website, no email and no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. That is why we ask you not to send clinically sensitive detail through a web form or an ordinary email.
Your Choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and ask us to stop sending you marketing. To make any of those requests, contact us using the details below.
Rights relating to your medical records are set out separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices, and those rights are broader and more specific than the ones described here.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided us with information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is currently no common industry standard for how a website should respond to that signal, and this website does not respond to it differently. You can control cookies through your browser settings as described above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed. Continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
How to Contact Us
If you have a question about this policy, or you want to make a request about your information, write to us at Aevum Longevity and Aesthetic Surgery, 4211 N. Buffalo Road, Suite 15, Orchard Park, NY 14127, or call or text 716-392-2608.

The Plain English Version
We collect what you send us through a form, plus the usual technical information any website records. We use it to reply to you, to run the site, and to meet our obligations. We do not sell it.
Please do not put detailed medical information into a web form or an ordinary email. Those are not secure channels, and there is nothing you would gain by using them that a phone call would not do better.
Once you are a patient, the document that matters is the Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this one. It sets out considerably broader rights over your medical records.
Do Not Put Medical Detail in a Web Form
It is the one thing on this page we would ask you to actually act on. A contact form and an ordinary email are convenient and neither of them is a secure channel.
Sending us a symptom, a diagnosis, a medication or a photograph that way exposes information you would not hand to a stranger, and it gains you nothing a phone call would not do faster.
Tell us you would like to be seen and roughly what area you are asking about. Everything clinical belongs in a conversation, and we will have it with you on the telephone or at your appointment.

Call or text and ask. It is a shorter conversation than the document suggests.
