A Physician Led Conversation About Enhancement
An injectable approach, assessed honestly, with realistic expectations set before anything is placed.

What This Is, Said Plainly
Girth enhancement is an injectable procedure in which material is placed beneath the skin of the shaft to increase circumference. It is an elective cosmetic procedure, it is requested more often than most people assume, and it is a legitimate thing to want.
It is also an area with a poor reputation, earned honestly. Permanent materials, silicone and fat injected by people without proper training have produced serious complications including lumps, migration, deformity and infection that required surgical correction. Who does this and what they use matters more here than in almost anything else on our menu.
So the conversation starts with what is realistic. A consultation covers the material, what it does over time, what the complication profile actually looks like and what result is achievable for your anatomy. If your expectations and what the procedure can deliver do not meet, you will hear that before you spend anything.
A Good Fit If Any of This Sounds Familiar
If what you want is not achievable or not advisable, that is what you will be told.
Three Steps, Start to Finish
A Frank Consultation
Anatomy, goals, materials and the honest complication profile. Some men leave having decided not to proceed, and that is a legitimate outcome.
Placed by a Physician
Under local anesthetic, with attention to plane and distribution. Even placement is what separates a good result from a lumpy one.
We Follow You Up
Review appointments are part of this, not an optional extra. Problems caught early are far easier to address.
This Field Has Earned Its Reputation
Permanent materials in untrained hands have caused real harm. Who does this, and with what, matters more here than anywhere else we work.
Settling Takes Longer Than People Expect
Materials, Risk and Why Follow Up Matters
Injectable enhancement works by placing material in the subcutaneous plane so that circumference increases. The safety profile depends almost entirely on what is used, at what depth and how evenly it is distributed.
Absorbable materials carry a considerably better safety profile than permanent ones because they are broken down and cleared if a problem arises. Permanent materials and non medical grade substances such as industrial silicone have caused granulomas, migration, disfigurement and infection, sometimes years later. That history is why this procedure is viewed with suspicion, and the suspicion is not misplaced.
The risks that matter are uneven distribution, nodule formation, migration, infection and dissatisfaction with the result. Follow up exists because problems identified early are far more manageable than problems presented late. We will go through all of it before you decide anything.

What People Ask Us First
That depends on the material. We will explain exactly what is being used, how it behaves over time, and why absorbable options have a better safety profile than permanent ones.
Correctly placed, it should not. Function and sensation are part of what we discuss at consultation and part of what we check at follow up.
We will give you a realistic answer for your anatomy at the consultation. If the honest answer is less than you are hoping for, you will hear it then.
With absorbable materials, largely yes over time. This is one of the strongest arguments against permanent materials.
Entirely. A private consultation with a physician, and nothing discussed outside that room.
