In Her Words

My Patients Are Mine

I am a board certified nurse practitioner and an independent provider, which in practice means exactly what it sounds like. I do my own evaluations, I decide the plan with you, I carry out the treatment, and I follow you afterwards. My patients are my own from the first consultation onward.

What I want out of a first visit is for you to leave understanding your own situation better than when you arrived. Not a treatment recommendation you cannot explain to anyone else. The reason something is happening, what actually influences it, and which of the options in front of you is worth your money and your recovery time.

The parts of this work I care most about are the slow ones. Skin quality, hormones and metabolic health, the things that answer over months rather than in one appointment. Those reward a provider who knows your history and is still there at the six month mark, and that is the kind of care I have built my practice around.

How She Practices

Your Appointment With Brittany

Her patients are her own from the first consultation onward, and this is what that looks like in the room.

Her Own Evaluation, Start to Finish

She examines you, she reaches the conclusion, and she treats. No plan is handed to her and no plan is handed off.

Time to Ask the Awkward Question

A good deal of aesthetic and hormone work is the thing people have been putting off asking about. Appointments are built long enough for that.

Continuity

You see the same provider each visit. Nothing about your history has to be re explained, and results that build over months get judged by the person who set the plan.

A Straight Answer

She will tell you when a treatment will not do what you want, when the timing is wrong, and when the honest answer is to wait. Nobody here is paid to sell you anything.

Her Own Practice

Care Built Around the Long View

Brittany's patients come to her for the work that answers slowly. She sets the plan, she carries it out, and she is the one still reading your results six months later. That continuity is the whole point of establishing care with her.

How to Establish Care With Brittany

01

Ask for Brittany

Request a consultation and say you would like to see her. You do not need a referral, and you do not need to see anyone else first.

02

That Visit Establishes Care

The first appointment makes you her patient. Your plan, your treatment and your follow ups all stay with her from there.

03

She Tells You Where the Edges Are

If something you want sits outside her scope of practice, you hear it at the assessment rather than afterwards, and it moves across inside the same practice on the same record.

04

Or Just Call Us

Call or text 716-392-2608 if you would rather sort it out on the phone than in a form. We answer ourselves.

Common Questions

About Seeing Brittany

Yes. Brittany is a board certified nurse practitioner and an independent provider. She evaluates, treats and manages her own patients, and you can establish care with her directly. No referral and no first appointment with anyone else.

She carries her own panel of patients across the treatments inside her scope of practice, with a particular focus on the work that builds over months rather than resolving in one visit. The full list will go on this page once she has confirmed it herself, and we would rather leave it off than guess at it.

Brittany, unless you ask to change. Continuity is most of the value in treatments that build across months, so her patients stay with her.

She will say so during the assessment and it moves to Joel. That happens inside one practice on one record, so nothing about your history gets re explained and nothing restarts.

She is a board certified nurse practitioner, ANP-C, and a co-owner of the practice. The full detail of her training will be published on this page once it is confirmed, and we would rather leave it blank than approximate it.
